Considering that DC Direct has made AWESOME/Amazing figures before this was a bit of a letdown. But she's kinda cool too considering we haven't seen a original "Supergirl" action figure made before. I love the outfit better this way than the "white tee" shirt Supergirl. I could have done without the headband look too. But I got her nonetheless on my Dresser drawer. Very durable figure though. And the cape is very cool. Very soft rubber, almost like paper. Except it won't tear.

(More customer reviews)I'm a big Supergirl fan, so finding a Supergirl figure at a decent price to display was great. Her articulation is good in her arms with ball joints at the shoulders and hinged joints at her elbows and knees. Her skirt inhibits her legs a bit, but it's not hard like it appears in the picture, but flexible rubber, so it has some give and she can do the signature Superman/girl flight pose. Her hair inhibits her head though, unfortunately, so it doesn't have much of a turning radius, but, all in all, as a picky adult collector, I'm happy with this figure.

DC Direct Women of the DC Universe Series 3: Batgirl Bust Review

(More customer reviews)As this is a statue and not an action figure, a review really comes down to the quality of the construction and the painting. On the construction side, the statue is very well done, with an awesome "Batdance" pose and a very gothic gargoyle that the character is standing behind. The paint detail is equally amazing, with no noticeable splotches and a lot of attention to details in the face. A great sculpt and a great paint make this highly recommended.
