As the previous reviewer mentioned, this is not a puzzle you can expect to finish in 2-3 days (unless you are just really good at puzzles). It took her about 4-5 days, but that was with my help. The photomosaic puzzles from Disney are really great and the picture is very clear once the puzzle is completed. I highly recommend this for any fans of Disney and photomosaic puzzles.

(More customer reviews)These puzzles are great. Yes they are a little challenging, but the reward of finishing one is well worth it. No it's not for young people or old people, it's for EVERYBODY!. They make good family Fun nights. I'm a rather good puzzle builder, so it takes me about a week or two to finish, but on average maybe a month? In a matter of 3 months, my girlfriend and I have completed 6 of them.

(More customer reviews)I actually have the Pooh and Eeyore puzzles. This was a great family project. Our whole family is into puzzles, so we had a great time doing this. Yes it was difficult to get started, but once we got going, it was done in no time. Now, it's been glued with Mod-Podge (special kind of puzzle glue) and is framed and in my son's nursery. I highly recommend it for families and puzzle lovers.

(More customer reviews)This is a great boxset which include four classic Batman action figures: Batman first appearance (This is inspired in the first Batman ever drawn by Bob Kane), Batman from the golden age, Batman from the Superfriends TV show, and a all-new classic vision of Batman inspired by Alex Ross designs. Also you get an original comic book from DC with classic Batman adventures. This giftset is a plus if you are a mature collector, my only complain is the selection DC Comics made about the figures. It make little sense to have the Superfriends Batman in the collection, because this Batman version is from a TV show, while the rest of the figures are straight from comic book pages. Then, when reading the comicbook, you only get one page (it is a cover from a supoerfriends retro-comicbook from year 2003)that justify this action figure to be in the set. If DC would have wanted to make a decent homage, they had more action figures to choose from the DC universe: Jim Lee's Batman, Ed McGuiness' Batman, etc.
The Batman Superfriends action figure would have been perfect for a Batman animated collection from DC Direct, like Batman, the animated series action figure, Batman Superfriends action figure, Jeff Matsuda's Batman action figure, etc.
I imagine Batman fans will agree with me. Overall, a great collectible.

(More customer reviews)This board is really fun and has many of the Treehouse of Horror tidbits in it. Even the tokens glow in the dark (as if you could play Monopoly in the dark without getting taken by another player). I was slightly disappointed in the tokens that were given, since Marge and Lisa were not included. Instead, Comic Book Guy and some Werewolf were packed instead. However, this was my only hang up and otherwise it was a fun Monopoly game.

For the silver "good" side, the pawns are Republic Clone Troopers, kneeling and holding a rifle. The two rooks are C3P0/R2D2 (together on one piece), and Padme firing a blaster from Episode II. The knights are Han Solo in Episode IV clothing and Chewbacca with bowcaster, and the bishops are Princess Leia from Episode IV and Luke Skywalker from Episode VI. The queen is a bearded Episode III Obi-Wan, and the king is Yoda flying through the air (resting on a piece of clear plastic) with a lightsaber. On the black "evil" side, the pawns are the Episode IV era stormtroopers, kneeling with rifles. The two rooks are Count Dooku and Darth Maul (holding a double-bladed lightsaber and doing a high kick). Bishops are General Grievous (two of his four arms are holding lightsabers) and a General Grievous bodyguard with staff. Knights are Jango Fett from Episode II flying with jet pack and firing double pistols, and Boba Fett from Episode VI, presumably firing his wrist cable. The queen is Darth Vader with lightsaber, and the king is Emperor Palpatine with hands poised for sith lightning ala Episode VI. All pieces are made from molded plastic, and weapons will most likely be deformed and wilted when you remove them from the package. If your lightsabers are not all twisted and warped, be surprised and thankful. Also, getting them put back into their proper (unmarked) place in the packaging is like a difficult jigsaw puzzle. In the end, however, this is a nice set and I believe it is worth the price.

(More customer reviews)I found this in a little hobby store at the mall a long time ago. It's just a simple card game where you try to take over Europe in the 1940s. Unlike Magic (and similar games), the decks have been premade for you. You can, however, buy expansion packs at DGA's website, though they too are preconstructed for your use. There are also other starter sets available, each taking place in a different theatre of World War II.
That all being said, I have greatly enjoyed playing this game with my near 70 year old grandfather. We're both into strategy games and I suppose that's why I get hooked on card games. The website and rulebook say a simple two-player game in a single theater should take a couple hours. However, we always seem to take a lot more time than that. We've come to the conclusion that it's because we're not aggressive enough to keep on the offense, so we've had to modify the rules we play by slightly.
To sum up, if you'd like to get into playing card games but are afraid of building your own decks (or wasting a lot of money on Decipher), you could start with this. For all those who like other card games but get frustrated with not finding those darn rare cards, you should like this too.

(More customer reviews)I received this for a Christmas present many years ago. My much older bro taught me the card version, and bought me the dice version many years ago. I LOOOVE this!
If you are the kind of person who enjoys doing games that involves sequences, even a tad poker-like, then THIS is the game for you! Instead of getting a flush for suites, you go for all colors in a sequence. A couple of sequences involves having so many numbers in order just like using 5 cards for a straight in poker. There are 3 of a kinds and four of a kinds. But there are times when you would need to make 3 of a kind PLUS a straight in the same turn. But think of it as wild poker, where duces are wild or you play with jokers or you decide on the wild cards because in Phase 10, be it dice OR cards, there are Wilds you can use to bail you out. The awesome alternative is, unlike the card game, you can do this on your own if you wanted to play by yourself bad enough because you have no one to do the game with. But UNLIKE poker, you have a set sequence you do, and you're STUCK until you complete the sequence.
If you are looking for a game for your kids, I would say this game can be played by upper elementary school age without adult or teen supervision. It would be complex for younger or maybe even middle elementary school age kids to do this without help.
And this is cheap enough, baby! :)
Get the game for some rockin' and a rollin' fun! :)

Pyramid Home Game Review

(More customer reviews)If you're a fan of either the Pyramid game shows, or Donny Osmond, you're already aware that the two have come together. When pop culture collides, it usually ends in a mess. This time, it's managed to work fairly well.
The home game version is pretty much a direct copy of the previous Endless Games release. Which means that it's basically a knock off of the '80s Pressman version. Except, of course, for updated graphics and a cheesy cover.
The game play is the same. Get your partner to guess as many of the words or phrases as they can, as fast as they can. Move on to the bonus round for imaginary cash and prises.
Cheesy box aside, Pyramid is still lots of fun.

(More customer reviews)Even among the excellent Play Arts series, this is one of the best figures available. Posability is good, if somewhat limited in the legs. The figure is able to take many poses from the game and movie, including his in-battle stance, which really works for setting up a nice display.
It may not be visible on here, but the hair is actually semi-transparent, allowing light to go through it a bit, giving it a -very- cool look. There are different hands to help with different poses, a stand, and of course Masamune, his sword, which is just as long on the figure as it is in the game.
Overall, this is a great representation of the game's villain, and I recommend it to any fan of the game.
