I`m still a kid so i don`t have a lot of money so my superhero collection is small and my horror collection hasn`t started! BUT i`m very lucky to be getting about 400 dollars so i`m going to buy another doll on here for 238. I WISH i could get this one! but it`s expensive as hell! hopefully it goes down in price and i can get it later on! but i`m going to have fun with the other one. which i will be using to sleep with and scare my sister. LOL. if you want a cheaper one than this one.......then get the one i`m getting. here`s the link to it!

McFarlane Monsters Series 4: Twisted Fairy Tales - Gretel 6" Review

(More customer reviews)The story of "Hansel and Gretel" is more than a warning against children talking to strangers (or trying to eat their houses). The recurring image of the forest in German fairy tales is a supernatural world where interesting things happen, while the fact the father of Hansel and Gretel is a woodcutter is significant because this was one of the lowliest occupations at that time. Therefore, what we have here is the triumph of the poor working class characters over the witch and her upper class pretentions (she stores not only treasure but food), which would make her death some sort of proto-Marxist warning if you are ideologically inclined in that direction.
In the original manuscript of the story of the siblings were referred to as Little Brother and Little Sister. The Brothers Grimm chose Hansel because it was a common name in German fairy tales (their equivalent of John Doe so to speak) and picked Gretel for essentially the same reason (which makes her Jane Doe). Gretel (or Gretchen) is a form of the name Margaret, which in Latin (Margarita) means "pearl."
All that background makes it rather ironic that for its Twisted Fairy Tale series McFarlane Toys has turned Gretel into a German princess, striking a pose that suggests "Getting lost in the woods is the least of her worries." This six-inch figure has tattoos, a spiked collar around her neck, and torn fish net stockings. There are more details for you to discover when you look over the figure carefully, and while she is not exactly a princess of bondage, Gretel appears to be familiar with the neighborhood. She also has a mop and a pail, and there is ample reason to think she knows how to use them (the mind reels at the possibilities for rewriting the Grimms tale).
Twisted Fairy Tales is the fourth series of McFarlane's Monsters, and the rest of the menagerie consists of not only Gretel's tag team partner Hansel, but Red Riding Hood, Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater, and Little Miss Muffet. If you were aware about the probable origins of a lot of the classic fairy tales then you already knew that Mother Goose had a twisted sense of humor. With these figures McFarlane Toys certainly takes being twisted to the next level. Even if you do not want the entire set, there should be one of these figures that captures the Jungian dark side of the tales that we were all raised on once upon a time that most appeals to you.

Spawn Series 28 Lotus Angel 2 Review

If you collect Spawn, you know the company LOVES to make two versions of its figures. I believe the figure here to be the varient of the series! The one I got from TRU isn't showing as much skin; there is a part of the outfit over the chest to neck.
Actually, I think mine looks a lot better... But, I think the picture here is of the more rare one?
Always something to be wary of when buying Spawn figures online.

Spawn.com did a great job on this Ozzy collectable.It is a close remake of the awesome Ozzy album "Bark At The Moon".The detail is so cool even down to the skeleton hanging over the edge base.Wolfman Ozzy is in a almost attack pose,standing in some creepy wrapping trees.Also with the Ozzy logo put on it.So if you know a big Ozzy fan this would be a great gift.They would love it.I'm a huge Ozzy fan,so my wife got this for me and i love it on display.Also check out the first Ozzy figure that came out in 1999.The have a first and second edition of that one.

The detail is fantastic as always, the figure is really soild made of very high quality plastics. its mainly a display figure so it only has basic articulation in a few places,and of course the bendable tail. It's an awesome display piece with the rest of my alien and predator collection. the base can link with the the 12'' Scar Predator to create a fight seen from the movie. overall this was definitely worth the money. Twisted Fairy Tales Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater Review

This was an interesting take on the nursery rhyme and although expected from the 'Twisted' collection, I can't say that I'm all too pleased. The detail is lacking a bit, and actually the best piece is the pumpkin that poor Mrs. Peter is resting in. Peter looks a little too much like letherface without the mask and he just seems too corny of a figure, like he was rushed. Not the best in the collection by far. It's much more durable than some of the others, mostly because of it's simplicity. I'd skip over this one in favor of the more intricate and detailed work.

McFarlane Toys 6" Dragons Series 4 - Water Clan 4 Review

(More customer reviews)Here's my review for the Series 4 Water Dragon from McFarlane. This dragon is in more of a bipedal pose, something a bit ungainly for a water dragon (at least, to me). The base is nice and well-constructed, but I had to really stretch my dragon's legs to fit him on his base, which was difficult, seeing as how he is very sharp. Still, the detail is superb. Overall, a B+.

(More customer reviews)Muffet vs Spider! This is one cool looking figure and since the accessory spider is as big as Muffet makes it a kick butt scene. Again the turn is to the S&M pink & black leather bondage look, similar to the spiked outfit of Red Riding Hood. This is certainly not the image your mind conjures up to the nursery rhyme but it's a great display piece. The downfall from five stars is that when setup, Muffet is almost obscured by the spider. Both pieces look great in detail but a slightly different pose may have improved the figures.

Saw 12" Action Figure with Tricycle Review

Physic details of Billy are impressive, it looks like it's painted by hand.
The quality of the sound of the phrases isn't so well, but it doesn't matter because the laughing is so real and so scary.
The tricycle is cute and funny.
Billy is very well protected by the box, I live in Chile (south america) and the toy arrived from EEUU in perfect conditions because the box does a good job.
To have a mini replica of Billy on his tricycle es unpayable. I love it.
I think it's a beautiful collection toy for Saw fans like me. I put it beside my Desktop PC

(More customer reviews)I have been a Chucky fan my whole life, and this boxed set is a great piece to add with my Chucky dolls and posters. The facial expressions are pretty accurate, but the only complaint I have is that the hair on Glen/Glenda and Tiffany seem a bit long, but thats just a small imperfection. The action figures come with 2 knives, cup of sperm(if you've seen Seed of Chucky, you know why it's included), an axe, a turkey baster, and the Heart of Damballa amulet necklace.
OVERALL: I really like this boxset, and any Chucky fan would adore this. The details look great!
