(More customer reviews)My kids have many Transformers and they love them. We buy them for all the imaginative play that they provide. I would say that most of them fall apart occasionally (some more then others). My kids are not hard on their toys and this gets to be quite frustrating at times. Jetfire and Jetstorm are by far the worst offenders. They got them today, and I would say I have reattached legs, body plates, etc. more then 30 times in one evening. :O

(More customer reviews)I don't know why he's $39 here, or if this review will be vanished when another provider provides Swindle to Amazon, but if you are reading this, understand one thing - This is a transformer that is worth hunting for.
He is fun for kids or immature dads alike. Fat legs make him easy to stand and pose on the carpet floor of your living room. You can pop the tires out to the side and he's got roller skates. His gun changes color when it's loaded with the missile. He's got a wing pack he can hide, and a hidden gun in his belly.
He's solid, not a robot with shell pieces you gotsta align just right and hope they stick together when transforming him.
He is just awesome awesome awesome.

Japanese Transformers Animated - TA03 Ironhide (Bulkhead) Review

(More customer reviews)This is everything you wanted from Voyager class TFA Bulkhead with a nice metallic green paint job. A bulky figure, hence the name, that is called Ironhide in Japan. The same gimmicks are here with a wrecking ball fist and spring loaded arm. Simple transformation and very poseable. Everything pegs into place very nicely, although he could use more paint apps. He is short for a voyager class figure, but very cartoon accurate, nonetheless.

(More customer reviews)I found Blurr to be an excellent all round tranformer. His Car mode is solid, and the rear wheels are very interesting looking since they have no hubs. Robot mode was also a pleasant surprise. He truly does look alien and foreign. Spikes are everywhere, and it make his look almost insectoid. Buy him if you can find him.

(More customer reviews)he look good on this wings and hammer to be. I love this guy when with wings or hammer or whatever what he looking on. So this transformation are pretty good to be. Attached the wings on back. and put hammer on back vehicle alt mode. On robot alt mode and you can hold his hammer on his right or left hands depend what you like same as gun are. Your decide to look good at. hope you would love this guy. He from Animated season 3 that he use it in end episode.

Transformers Animated The Battle Begins - Optimus Prime vs. Megatron Review

1. Great looking Megatron that is obviously Megatron. (Too many incarnations of the Decipticon leader could have been anyone, but just named "Megatron".) The grey and black coloring and, of course, the arm cannon make it clear who this guy is. Really like the spaceship mode as well. Much better than the movie version.
2. Very nice Optimus that, gratefully, has the head with the face plate, not the mouth, (Optimus should not have a mouth!) unlike the other $10 version of Prime.
3. Very reasonable price that keeps me from having to spend twice as much to get the similar, larger versions of each.
4. Comes with a intro to the new series, which allowed me to preview the animated series to see if it would be worth buying.
The only drawback, in my opinion, is the "battle damage" paint patterns on both. Could have done without that.

(More customer reviews)As promised, here is my review on Animated Waspinator. He looks very nice compared to the BW version. He is classified as a Decepticon just like Blackaracnia even though they are both Predacons. He was originally named "Wasp" and almost looked exactly like Bumblebee. He was framed as a Decepticon spy. After spending years in the outer rim of the galaxy, Waspinator is found by Blackaracnia and remade into what we know as Waspinator. He has a little lever on his back that allows him to flap his wings. His robot mode antenna are also his wasp mode antenna. Transformation is very simplistic. He has no weapons but I don't care. He is very nice to display with Blackaracnia or other animal Transformers you may have. I might do a review on Universe Leo Prime, but only time will tell.

Transformers Animated Leader - Bulkhead Review

(More customer reviews)This version of Transformers Animated Bulkhead is every bit the lovable lunk from the cartoon. As with the other Animated Leader figures I've purchased, I find no issue with the quality of construction of Bulkhead.
Although he lacks any sort of spring-loaded projectiles or features a-la Optimus's axe, this figure has plenty of gizmos to keep the kids entertained. Each hand has a special feature, be it a grapple claw or spinning saw blade, and there are four detachable rockets for folks that just have to launch something!
Robot mode is enhanced by the Headmaster accessory that changes the expressions used when you press the sound effects button. The Headmaster feature really does make this toy a three-in-one hit.
Conversion is easy and all pieces fit snugly. Bulkhead's truck mode is a better vehicle than the Optimus truck mode, in my opinion, as all wheels engage easily and roll rather than skidding across the floor.
All said, I think Leader Class Bulkhead is the best of the Animated bunch so far considering quality of construction, ease of transformation, extra features, and fun in both conversion modes.

(More customer reviews)I wish this toy came with a voice chip of Lance. This stealth mode of LD is great. I added the Reprolabels stickers for added "fun and play value" to this already great toy. It also comes with 2 mini (legends class) figurines of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. These little guys are great for children as they are small and only takes a step or three to fully transform. The Tin Man is my favorite.

Transformers Animated Lockdown Review

(More customer reviews)Listen... don't be fooled by the Dads who are impressed by the cool car, this transformer has a few issues you need to accept before you make the LOCKDOWN LEAP.
1. His hands look gay. Seriously, they don't fold all the way out, they just fold kinda halfway out, angled like he's got weird gimp hands, and it's frustrating (because you keep trying to fold them out more, they just have to lock down all the way out right? No, they don't *lockdown*, they don't!)
2. You need a nail file, key, flathead screwdriver, or something, to pry his head out of the windshield when transforming him. It's a royal pain.
3. His weapon is also the hood of him as a car, and while it can stay attached to his butt when he's a robot, it pops off pretty easy too. It's a piece your kid will have to Keep Up With, but if he loses it, Lockdown ain't got no hood now and now he's no car.
All that said, he looks really cool as a car, is very thick and solid (like most of the animated toy line, which seems to all be made much less cheap than the regular transformers), is easy to transform (except for the stoopid head), and is very cool looking. His legs pop off a lot, but hey, they snap right back on.
