Product feature point two should state "Part of the Master Grade line" not HGUC.
Point three should state assembly required, painting optional as I believe that the attached image is non-painted.
Item Weight is slightly over one pound, nowhere near six.
I can't believe that Bandai would recommend this for 6 year old children.
Product description is completely off since this product has nothing to do with the CE universe and the Nemo is one of the weakest MS in regards to firepower.
Overall one of the more solid MG kits with decent articulation. The Nemo is also available as a HCM pro which is a bit sturdier does not require assembly but half is the scale. There is also the original 1/144 kit which is a fraction the price, but requires glue and lacks the detail of the MG Nemo.

Gundam Seed Destiny Shiranui Akatsuki 1/144 HG Model Kit Review

(More customer reviews)Here we have a beautiful HG (high grade) kit of Shiranui Akatsuki. This kit is in the 1/144 scale line and has a surprising amount of articulation. A few parts are loose here and there, but it's not bad. I personally find it to be one of the most "stand out kits" in my collection.

If you couldn't get enough of gold-plated kits with the Hyakushiki, now you can start collecting the Akatsuki! Very nicely-done with "mekki"-plating on the major parts (which of course can be removed if you prefer to paint your kits, by careful application of ordinary household bleach); all the parts snap together and don't require paint. Nifty clear effect parts for the Akatsuki's various weapons are included, which is a nice bonus. Gundam decals for markings, and foil stickers for the eyes, are also included.

(More customer reviews)I do not believe that this product exists and Bandai has yet to announce a HCM Pro from the Victory Gundam line. The image attached to this product is that of the Nu Gundam from What I believe is the HCM Pro line. The product description doesn't help any since it is describing the HCM Pro Geara Doga which matches neither the product title or image. I can only wonder what would arrive if this item is purchased.
Overall the HCM Pro line is amazing in detail and articulation, especially for the line's small size.

The only bad thing is that it only comes with the hands, wings and the stand. If you want the heads, Longinus spear and the dummy plug, you should get the other one. Nontheless is awesome.

There is a level of detail present that is unrivaled by the western toy companies. You can get great poses with this model but its a bit of work. I give a high rating for the educational value due to its inspirational value. Its not going to teach your kid how to read but it will get them thinking about a future with giant robots. You can get away with not painting this kit. There are stickers and rub on decals that will add to the detail. With no paint the kit looks decent but if your comfortable with painting model kits I recommend you do so with this one. Its worth it. With regards to durability its very hard to rate. It really comes down to what you are comparing it too. If your familiar with model kits then its a given that you must be gentle with them. Over this is an excellent kit. Obviously the target market for these figures also includes adults. Very creative design... giant space pirate robot with a cape... DOPE!!

Gunseed Hg-01 Aile Strike Gundam 1/144 Gg Review

(More customer reviews)First thing to be said........... if you're planning to buy this you have to have paint. This kit needs a lot of painting so gundam markers or acrylic paint are a must. It have very little stickers and most of them are for the aile pack. This model have only a bit more color than ng models (very very disappointing). You will not get clear pink beams you'll get a single white beam saber with a hand molded to it. For those who have paint or have gundam markers its a good kit though still more cons than pros. Accessories is very lacking just a shield, a rifle, and the single beam saber(it doesnt even come with the two daggers that is supposed to be in its side skirts. Pros are that even with the Aile pack the model kit can still stand on its own very well. It does come with two beam handles that can attach to clear pink beams if you have extras from other kits. I'd say get it if you have paint or money for paint, if you like the strike gundam, if you want to collect all seed models. Don't if you really care for it cause its not really worth getting (spend your money on the strike noir, slaughter dagger, strike rouge + iwsp pack. If you really want a aile strike gundam, get the 1/100 ver.

Bandais HG version of the new flying mecha from Gundam Seed does a nice job on this very attractive design, without making you spend a fortune! Check the pose in the lower right photo below yes, this machines legs are really that flexible, even in this scale! And those finned jet units off the back are very cool, too.

Gunseed Hg Freedom Gundam 1/144 Gg Review

(More customer reviews)I had plenty of fun building this model. There were a few things i didn't like about this model though. First off, the way the shield goes on creates a slight problem. As embarrassing as it is, I play with my models every now and then and that involves taking weapons on and off for plot purposes. The shield is clip on and held onto the arm by force. Taking off and putting it on multiple times might break the clip like it did for me. But it was really easy to fix. Some super glue fixed that problem. The second was that how posable the wings and the rail guns were. The rail guns can only move linear according to the wings. So wherever the wings are facing that's which direction the rail guns can move up and down from. So if you have the wings extended fully in it's iconic appearance you can't have it's rail guns on the wings facing forward. Third and finally was the color. The color on this model wasn't that good. I know it's just an HG model but all of my other HG models' colors were really accurate. Freedom's wings are completely blue, there's no black on the top. Rail guns in the wings are completely white. And the rail guns at it's hips were completely light gray blue along with it's gun. It's legs didn't have any colors except at the knee. That can be dealt with using a very fine sharpie.
All in all it was a decent model but nothing too special.

Very sharp, 1/144 scale high-grade injection plastic kit of the Freedom Gundam as seen in the hot new series "Gundam Seed". Shot in coloured plastic, it snaps together with no need for glue or paint (though painting it would greatly enhance the appearance). Polycaps are included for joints; the final product is highly poseable. Included is a bonus booklet from Hobby Japan with instructions (in Japanese) for painting and building the Freedom Gundam.

(More customer reviews)What is the one monster that Godzilla fears? Who is the real owner of the name King of Monsters? One need only look at this three-headed, two-tailed golden titan of terror to know the true answer.
King Ghidorah is often positioned as Godzilla's arch-enemy, appearing in more films than any other monster except for the main man himself and his mechanical copy MechaGodzilla. Like all of the residents of Monster Island, he has gone through different looks and incarnations, probably the most drastic being Mecha King Ghidorah from Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah and Kaiser Ghidorah from Final Wars.
The figure here is from the Millennium series, specifically the third Millennium film Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah - Giant Monsters All-Out Attack. This gives him a much more "dragon"-like feel, rather than the softer look of the Showa period.
This figure is lots of fun, with good enough craftsmanship to be put on view but sturdy enough to be a kid's plaything. The wings are moveable, but the rest of the body is stationary. He is bigger than the other figures in this line, which is appropriate for the character. It is a great figure, and a must-have for any Godzilla collection.

Gundam 00 - CBS-70 Ptolemaios Battleship 1/400 Scale Model Kit (Special Edition) Review

(More customer reviews)Contrary to what others in here have said about this model, it is one well worth buying, if you get the true one from bandai and not a cheap Hong Kong knock off that apparently other reviews did. The true model from Bandai is well worth the money (Yen) I sent on it. And I only paid 12,500 Yen for it (rounds out to be $125), even buying from a reputable deal you should only be paying around $150 to $180 MAX, I would say shop around first before buying, it will help you get the best deal. The model itself was easy to put together, and holds together very well! (Unlike some of the older models where the parts don't quite seem to match up) The model itself doesn't have any paint on it, which you can do yourself with the detail markers (but to tell you the truth, this model really doesn't need it, unless you really want to use the black line detail) it's just the plastic on it that is colored blue/white (and the occasional other color) the Gundam's themselves that fit inside are small, so there paint job isn't as good as it would be with you where to paint them yourself, but still not bad for a mass produced product with tiny details. One thing that really sold me over on this product was how easy the instructions where to follow. They are written in Japanese, but are number/letter coded, so reading Japanese Characters isn't a must. Everything on them where pretty straight forward, and the pictures where spot on for putting it together. This is model is on the higher end for price, but for what you get out of the model, it is well worth it. It truly is a fine addition for any Gundam 00 fan.

(More customer reviews)First off, the figure itself is really well made. The weapons and accessories are also well made. The flying platform is kind of useless, since it is basically just a huge piece of plastic. The only small gripe is the saber handles tend to fall out of the holders, and the head vulcan gun add on is too large in scale, not too mention it is difficult to keep on the figure. Overall though, it is a fun toy, and is great for posing.

Gundam RX-78-2 Gundam Ver O.Y.W. MG 1/100 Scale Review

(More customer reviews)Overall an excellent model kit. If you love Gundam (Original UC story line, not all that Gundam SEED and G Gundam bull), then this is a must have. When I originally purchased this product I was under the impression that it had the same internal frame as the Ver. 2.0 Gundam but with different armor. Was I ever wrong, but that was my own fault for not researching enough. Those of you who like the idea of the core block system and a working core fighter will be disappointed to learn that this kit doesn't feature a working core block or a core fighter at all. The internal frames of the legs are definitely the most difficult to just get out of the runners (A hobby knife is recommended, parents be warned!) , though they are very strong and for the most part the small pistons are pre-assembled into the leg frames. But, what this kit lacks in internal detail it makes up for with amazing articulation and external awesomeness. The colors that it is molded in are perfect, but could always be improved upon with the panel lines being filled in with a black Gundam pen. Putting all the warning stickers on and decals also adds to the appearance. All in all this is a really fun model to build and pose but could be improved upon by Bandai with the addition of a core block and a more detailed inner frame.(If you like the armor of the Version 2, go for it!). This kit definitely emphasizes the fact that the RX-78-2 is indeed the Chuck Norris of Mobile Suits. Next for me is the V.2 Gouf so I can do the scene where Ramba Ral loses his Gouf's arms to Amuro and his Chuck...I mean Gundam.

Gundam Gunseed Freedom Gundam Model Kit Review

This model is very cool. Like all Gundam kits from Bandai, it is snap-fit, has Japanese text in the instructions, but also detailed pictures. I would reccommend this any day. Get it!

Beautiful 1/100 scale injection plastic kit of 'Freedom Gundam', from the hot new series 'Gundam Seed'. Superb tooling from Bandai ensures quality and detail, and their multi-gate technology allows several colours to be blown on a single runner, which reduces the number of necessary runners. The completed kit is highly poseable thanks to plenty of polycaps in the joints; the 'wings' open and close, and the plasma rifles fold up and over the mech's shoulders to be used in combat. Included is an unpainted plastic figure of Lacus Clyne, standing prettily and holding Haro in her hands.

Gundam RX-78-2 Gundam Ver Ka MG 1/100 Scale Review

(More customer reviews)I built and painted this model over the course of several weeks. In general the model leaves something to be desired. I have constructed several MG level kits including the ver. 1 and 1.5 RX-78-2 kits. If you're looking for a RX-78-2 kit the KA isn't a bad choice, but the ver. 2.0 is probably less frustrating and more rewarding.
Design: The overall look of the kit is good; the KA kit is significantly different than the other RX-78 versions and you receive a wide variety of dry transfer and regular decals.
Articulation: The articulation of this model leaves something to be desired especially around the shoulder, which is only a peg and Polycarp joint. The ankle joints also feel limited in their lateral adjustability. However all of the joints seem nice and stiff, the model has no problem holding a pose or grasping a weapon.
Seams: Unfortunately there are several prominent seams on this kit. Including the barrels of the hyper bazooka, the fore arms, and interior shoulders.
Color: Out of the box my white pieces seemed to have a yellow hue.
Inner frame: The inner frame of the chest and arms of this kit are practically nonexistent. The legs are well detailed, and you even receive a small length of woven nylon for the pipes of the back of the knee.

MSIA: RGZ-91 Ri Kazui - New Package Review

(More customer reviews)I've had the RGZ for quite a while and I like it along with most of the MSIA figures. This toy is solid soft plastic, and therefor heavy. It sometimes sags under its own weight, but it is very durable. If you pull off one of its limbs, it Will just snap back into place. Its parts do hold together rather well in both modes of transformation. Don't be alarmed when you see that it is a larger toy than most of the other figures, the RGZ is a larger machine in the Gundam story line and is set to the same scale as the other MSIA figures. The figure is decently detailed, and its balance, articulation, and posabillity seem fairly realistic. Its nice for a collector whom does not want to assemble a model kit, or someone that would like to be able to play with the figure and not damage it.
There are some small parts, so I don't recommend this for small children.

Reissue of the popular Re-GZ (pronounced 'rigizzy', more or less, stands for 'Refined Gundam Zeta') in new packaging. Action figure version of the Re-GZ is nicely painted, with accurate markings. Comes with Beam Sabre, shield, Beam Rifle, and Back Weapon System, all of which can be used and removed as you please. A really nice set for the price! A special Collection Data Sheet of Re-GZ is included.

So if you wanted to display both set of accessories, you would need to buy another Strike Gundam (great way for BANDAI to make money) The joints are very sturdy and very posable, and it even comes with a stand. No complaints and one of my favorite models.

Gundam DC-51 Loto Twin Set HGUC 1/144 Scale Review

(More customer reviews)I've of late, began looking at buying maybe a few Gundam model kits, hoping to design a war torn landscape with some fairly decent models, but I originally wasn't to sure as to what kind I would like or would suit my skill level seeing as I haven't done a model kit in a couple years so my main fear was how rusty I actually was. After looking around Amazon for awhile I came across this particular kit Gundam DC-51 Loto Twin Set.
Now when I originally looked at this particular set I was mostly surprised at how it could switch modes from tank to Gundam which both could fit in my war torn landscape set (Gundam Mode or Tank Mode), with this price being so low and I was getting two models was great, this mostly meant I could mess up on one by accident (which thankfully didn't happen), and hone my skills working on the other.
Overall the figures stand solidly 4-inches tall as a Gundam and at about 2-inches in Tank mode. Fairly solid models they have a bit of a balance issue, with most of the weight of these models in the back they tend to lean a lot, however on stands they look so much better.
Really fun is customizing the armaments on these guys. For every two that means each model gets one.

Featuring:
"Beam Burner" x4 -These attach at each arm you get 2 folded out and 2 folded in for each model and these parts are fairly easy to switch in and out.
"Machine Cannon" x2 - You can place this on the shoulder of the Gundam.
"Missile Container" x4 - Again you can switch out covered or uncovered versions of these based on your preference.
"Long Cannon" x4 - Fairly simple just in name.
"Mega Machine Cannon" x2 - The big guns a huge cannon that really takes up a lot of space on the model.
"Exterior Ventilation System" x2 - This is just a neat feature for those who enjoy having some realistic pieces on the model this helps to prevent overheating the Mobile Suit.
One thing I do recommend looking into buying the Gundam markers the stickers for this model just don't cut it like the markers seeing as they used them in the advertised picture it really helps. This is worth the buy for all the fun I had just putting it together. Get this.
