(More customer reviews)I bought this squirter to "de-ice" my satellite dish that's mounted on my porch roof. It does ok but I was hoping for a bit more range. It only shoots about 20 feet and empties out in a matter of a second. I was hoping for a more sustained stream, as there's almost no time to aim. But on the good side, whatever you hit is going to get very wet, very fast.

(More customer reviews)Perfect water gun for little toddlers with tiny fingers that can't quite pull the trigger on pump guns. Tons of fun! Seems quite durable but have only had it for a week so we'll see. Only complaint is that is difficult to find extra water cartridges sold separately as the little one goes through water quite quickly and it's a pain to refill.

(More customer reviews)I bought this supersoaker primarily for its shock value. It has a nice big tank (101 oz.) and it makes you feel like Jesse Ventura in Predator.
However, the big tank has a major downside: it takes forever to charge it up. By the time I get it pumped up completely I am usually ambushed and soaked with the much more nimble (and I believe much better) Super Soaker Max Infusion Flash Flood. Once you've exhausted about half the volume it has a major weak stream and it is impossible to pump it up completely.
On the positive side, it is one of the few Super Soakers with a strap (wish the cheaper models had these) and it just looks cool.

Super Soaker Aqua Shock Arctic Blast Review

It combines a wide mouth opening for ice cubes (thus antiquating the dated Arctic Shock) while also equipped with a powerful shot gun blast (like that of the Flash Flood). Thus, this combines two great concepts into one powerful package that looks very sleek. The range is also very good; with 10-15 pumps you have a 30ft stream or about a 20ft shotgun blast, which is huge and unloads massive amounts of water. If you get this, you MUST buy the 100 oz water back pack since that shotgun blast is so addicting. The 40 oz capacity is good, but the true potential of this gun is only accessible with an expanded water supply. This gun puts the Cover Control to shame, though the Covert Control also has some more functionality, it is vastly underpowered compared to the Arctic Blast.

(More customer reviews)I purchased 5 of the Super Soaker XP70s for the summer of 2007 vacation. 2 lasted out the week of our vacation (pump action broke)and by the end of the summer all of the guns had broken. I thought I had done thorough research looking at several sites. These guns where fun while they lasted but very disappointed at how long they lasted. Am looking for different water guns for 2008 vacation.
