(More customer reviews)This tube was exactly what I was looking for, for a float down the river. I have taken it 3 times this summer and it hasn't lost air or given me any other problems. I wish the cooler was a little bigger, it only holds 3 cans and some ice.

(More customer reviews)I can't say how a child would be supported by this, and it does seem to be classified as a toy. An adult would fit their torso on the float. At 5'6" the base of my skull fits the notch in the headrest and thighs rest in the two lower notches. The taller the person, the less likely they will be comfortable in this lounge.

(More customer reviews)Being a 26 year veteran of the toobing wars I believe that I am in a unique position to review this product. I usually go toobing anywhere between 12 and 50 times a year with 30 - 40 trips in a year being average. For years I have used the standard black truck inner tube, usually a 9.00/20 or a 10.00/20. I like the black tubes because the hole in the centre is more suited for my adult size rear end.
Until I found this tube last year, I had never seen a vinyl tube that had a hole larger than about 12 inches. This caused me to sit up too much in the tube and made my back hurt. It also made it hard to paddle. The hole in this tube, the Intex River Run, is proportioned more like a regular rubber tube. The great thing is that you can blow it up at the river yourself and when the trip is finished the tube has a screw out quick release valve that deflates the tube in about 30 seconds. With the black tubes you have to stop at a gas station and blow them up, then cram them into the car or tie them onto your car for the final leg of the trip to the river. Black tubes also take a long time to deflate. In addition the black rubber tubes will give you "tube rash" under your arms from rubbing on them while paddling and they get very hot in the sun. This vinyl tube stays cool in the sun and has a mesh bottom that makes it great for kids. If you do not like the mesh bottom you can cut it out without damaging the tube. I left mine in.
Black tubes also dry rot after only one season and inflate unevenly. I have seen vinyl tubes in service for years. I bought one of these tubes last year to try it out and I loved it. However, after the summer started and I got to try it for real, they were sold out everywhere. This year I am buying several more. A great purchase for any toober.

Pro Chip Island Golf Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this as a surprise for my husband and his brother. At our first pool party of the season, we brought it out. It was a big hit! For an hour or so, the partygoers entertained themselves by trying to chip onto the moving island. (And then our dog jumped in to retrieve the balls. He could fit two at a time into his mouth. Unfortunately, they're very lightweight and he did crunch a couple.)
Our neighbors very kindly allowed us into their back yard to get the balls that the duffers knocked over the fence.

(More customer reviews)We bought this float to use as a lounge when our boat is at anchor. The mesh in the center allows you to get your feet (or more) wet. It's a great place for us adults to have a drink & stay cool without actually swimming. The kids who have used it have had a ball & the dog thinks it great too. Being the end of the summer we haven't used it much, but it seems durable. I have a golden retriever & she hasn't popped it with her toenails so I think it will hold up to pretty much anything we'll do to it!

Poolside Volleyball Review

(More customer reviews)I have to admit, I am impressed. We purchased this volleyball set last summer and have used it constantly since. The product is easy to setup/takedown and tons of fun.
I have a 18' wide inground and the net easily covers this distance. The net itself is probably ~16' wide, so it spans almost the entire distance across our pool and the strings are easily another 4-6' longer on each side, so it should fit a 24' wide pool as advertised.
I think it took me about ten minutes to setup the supports and net. We fill the bases with water and they are remarkably stable - I don't think the net bases/supports have been pulled into the water yet.
The ball provided is actually very durable and hasn't needed to be inflated.
One other note...at the time of this review, Amazon provides two photos of the set. You might notice that the two photos show different bases. Our set matches the bases shown in the photo of the box.
