(More customer reviews)This is a fine model, and the only one of the Queen Elizabeth-class battleships to have had a full-hull model commercially available at a reasonable price. My interest, really, was in the WWI configuration of this class, as they would have appeared at Jutland. Unfortunately, this is configured as it appeared in its latest, WWII, form. Other than that, I see no faults in it.

Detailed 1/600 scale assembly model kit of the HMS Warspite (pennant number 03), a Queen Elizabeth-class battleship of the British Royal Navy. Commissioned on 8 March 1915, the HMS Warspite was one of nine Royal Navy ship bearing that name. The Battleship Warspite was most noted for participating in the first part of the historic Battle of Jutland (31 May 1916 - 1 June 1916), where she engaged capital ships of the German Navy and sustained considerable damage. HMS Warspite also saw significant combat action in World War II, where she earned five battle honors, making her the most decorated ship in the Royal Navy, and the most awarded for actions in the Second World War. This Airfix 1/600 scale assembly kit comes with 134 unpainted plastic parts.
