I plan to have them on the wall in my gifted English classroom for the kids to mess with if they ever have some spare minutes. Regular magnetic poetry has always been a hit with my high schoolers, and these will be a nice addition to ramp up the sophistication level of their vocabulary.

(More customer reviews)Love these puzzles! My son enjoys them and they are great to encourage logical thinking. We have most of the Perplexors in the series, check the others out. Great for gifted learners. My only complaint is the book is thin, so not too many puzzles and they can be gone through quickly. I have just scanned the puzzles and reprinted them at a later date so my son can work the puzzle again. Of course with enough time in-between so he doesn't remember the answers. I highly recommend these!

MindWare Grid Perplexors: Level B Review

(More customer reviews)I love logic puzzles. That's why I bought this book. But I'm used to more full grids, that show all the possible interactions between factors. This book doesn't do that, so you either have to make up your own grid or follow a lot more factors in your head, which can be difficult. It's a little smaller than I would have expected for $13 too, but it is 53 pages of puzzles, so that's up to you to decide. The puzzles themselves were of average quality, I didn't notice them being particularly clever or annoyingly daft.

MindWare Math Perplexors: Level D Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered this for my 12-year-old son for Christmas. He enjoys chess, Sudoku and math, so it seemed a good choice, and he LOVES it. I think it was his favorite present. I just wish they had more advanced versions (for next year).

Grid Perplexors Level A Review

(More customer reviews)Love these Perplexors. We have many different ones in different levels. My son enjoys then immensely, and they really promote logical thinking. I do wish there were more pages in the books, though, as they can be gone through pretty quickly. I have scanned them and printed them in the past so my son could do them more than once, after waiting for some time, though, so he doesn't remember the answers. Make sure to check out the other books in this series.
