I finally decided he needed a gun that actually shot projectiles, but naturally I wanted it to be safe.This toy has given him (and my husband) hours of fun as they chase imaginary "bad guys" through the yard, shooting off the little discs. Since they're brightly colored, finding them in the grass is a breeze. As I've also learned after one particularly rainy day, mud comes off the discs easily with soap and water.My boys and their toys are quite happy now!
