Female characters are often the most sought after by collectors, so the idea of creating a series which reinvents the female characters of the DC Comics universe in the style of Japanese anime is brilliant. The statues are all beautifully sculpted and imaginatively reinvented, blending two iconic forms of entertainment.
The Robin Figure is one of the best figures I've seen of the more recent ones. The female Robin has been re-styled as a funky, punky, cosplay club kid (albeit one who could kick your butt).

Measuring approximately 7.5a? high, the Ame-Comi Robin PVC Figure is a limited-edition, fixed pose figure accompanied by a display base and 4-color window box with J-hook, manufactured to order, designed by Elsevilla sculpted by Jonathan Mathews. The heavily stylized Ame-Comi Robin is clad in a sparse orange and green costume, complete with yellow-lined calf-length cape and oversized black gauntlets, and is equipped with a staff. Formerly known as the Spoiler, briefly playing the role of Robin, Stephanie Brown has been trained by Batman and the Birds of Prey, and is outfitted with attire and equipment on par with the rest of the Batman clan.
