(More customer reviews)Although with the word "Kinetic" in the title, you would expect that this mobile moves, and indeed, this is supposed to rotate in some way according to the instructions. However, ours does not continue to rotate "perpetually" when it is "started" as described by the directions. I changed batteries and adjusted the mobile bit up and down with no success. Disappointing!
