(More customer reviews)My son and his friends saw this on TV a while back and could not stop bugging me to get him one. We had a hard time finding one so we called the customer service number and they directed us to get one at Target. We got 2 XBlaster and 2 XStormers and some ammo packs and brought it to his friends' birthday party. It was great fun - hours of running around outside and shooting at each other in the backyard.
Growing the ammo was pretty easy and sort of like a mini science project. It's definitely much easier to grow ammo from the ammo depot that comes with the XStormer. You can grow a bag of 500 at a time and it re-loads quickly.
I'm a bit confused about this product link on amazon. it looks like someone bought some in stores and sold it on Amazon. The Stormer was only $24.99 at Target and the Xblaster was $12.99, ammo was $4.99 - most of the time I shop Amazon to hunt for deals but it doesn't look like this is the case.
