(More customer reviews)I'm an adult who loves to learn hands on. I have been wanting to learn about electronics for years. So, I was pleased when I found Snap Circuits. Your not to old for them after the age of 18. So,they also have advanced ones.
The motion detector is a great starter kit, but the info sheet which comes with it does not really help much. Colorful, yes, but descriptive, no. It doesn't really tell what things do...
My only other qualm is that the grid is too small. Now this set, you can build it off grid. Kind of tricky though.
Conclusion: Great if you son/daughter or you want to check out and see if there is any interest in electronics for real.
