(More customer reviews)First off,t his toy is not as detailed and cleanly painted as one might want it to be. The blue is too dark a blue that it deviates from the actual color of the Carter character of Halo Reach. There is no peg for the grenade, and from the package I bought, the peg in the Marksman Rifle will not fit into the grenade. There is also no body peg to stick the grenade onto. This line of Halo Reach Spartans do have the two pegs behind the pelvis area, but for the Carter action figure, the pegs are covered up by his (literally) fanny pack, and it seems steadfastly fastened their. Articulation limitations will make some rifle firing positions awkward.
BUT this is a pretty cool figure, just don't buy it here on Amazon, I found mine for $10.99 (w/o tax). Some good weathering paint here and there. The Marksman Rifle fits well into the right hand and can be held with one hand, so it should have a spot to rest in, usually. Once again, there might be some "wearing in" work that needs to be done in terms of misplaced joints and hard joints but nothing that can't be fixed.
I like it. Just would have liked more detail (accuracy) and effort, and a grenade peg.
Caution, there are some thing soft-ish plastic parts, so be careful in that department. (The knife component, chest ammunition bags, etc.)
