(More customer reviews)It. Is. Big. I have the 1/144 and the 1/100... The 1/144 is at the 1/100's waist. In case you haven't realized it yet, this is my first 1/100, but not my last.
This model is way more pose-able than the smaller version. Down to the fingers. The pointer fingers are pose-able independently of the other three (excluding thumb) which also are articulated. This can make for problems holding the Beam Glaive, which is massive btw, but after fooling around with it, it becomes easier to hold and pose. There are a lot more stickers for this one than the smaller, and this is good and bad. Good because you don't have to paint as much if you wish not to; but bad because they can peel if you aren't careful and are very hard to fix if you put them on wrong.
The green gem on the shoulders are different. On the back it is a light green plastic piece (like the beam and dragon fire) covering a silver sticker. However, the front is a bubble-y sticker that is three or four shades darker.
There isnt much painting needed here. Even the shield is two pieces (unlike the 1/144 where it is one solid yellow piece). And the gold really is golden in color, not painted. The Dragon Fang, V Fin, and Shield are gold.
The connections on the extension of the Dragon Fang are detailed with hoses and bolts.

If there are more cons, I couldn't find them. I highly recommend this well-built figure. Great addition to any collection and big enough not to break easily witht he kids
