(More customer reviews)My brother and I had this game growing up and we really loved to race each other to make the different pictures with the tangrams. Our dad was a math teacher, so of course, he saw the educational value even though we just thought it was fun. Later, when I was a teacher, I had this game in my classroom. Even Kindergarteners can play with these and try to build the pictures.

This game gives the ancient art of tangrams a little kick. The plastic playing tiles are works of art themselves in contemporary black and a rich, wine red. But the game play is the one that people have been enjoying for thousands of years: recreate an image using all seven of the shaped playing pieces.
