(More customer reviews)My 6 yr old assembled this himself and it works great on a hard surfaces (tables, linoleum, tile, wood, etc..). It does indeed pop a wheelie when you let it go. All the boys in the family ranging from kids to adults like playing with it. The only drawback is the normal one w/ legos; they fall apart when you decide to launch them off of a high surface or crash them into something at high speed. But clearly that's more an error w/ the users.
