Christening Huggums is wearing a gown of ivory satin overlaid with chiffon. The soft trim on the bottom of the gown and waist, and the bonnet with its scalloped edge really give this outfit a vintage feel. She has blue eyes, soft body, and cloth hands and feet.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this item based on my experience with Madame Alexander products over the past 30 + years. I purchased it for my daughter-in-law who is quite a fanatical fan of Tink. I looked the doll over before wrapping it and found it delightful. My daughter-in-law said she felt likewise. It is such good quality. The dolls by nature are not cuddley/cuddly (?) so the essence of "fairy-like" is missing -- you know, the lithe and lovely and flighty and flitty characteristics we imagine belong to fairies. But then again I am not so sure about a stuffed Tink . . . ?
I think this is a wonderful product. NOT a toddler doll. It is a collectible doll to be cherished and looked at with both parent/adult and child then put away again for another time.

(More customer reviews)We buy a Madame doll every year for my daughter's birthday. Over the years(she just turned 21) it has become increasingly hard to find the dolls in local stores. I was so excited to find the amazing Amazon collection. This particular doll is so sweet. Her car is bigger and much nicer than I thought it would be from the picture. Her sunglasses are adorable. We buy a doll each to go with something our daughter experienced during that year. This year she bought her first car so this was great!!!
