(More customer reviews)This sword is very cool! It does look exactly like the prop from the movie,and the "orc glow" and sound effects are great! You get different "clashing sword" sounds depending on the type of motion you make with the sword,and it can be mounted on the base in two different ways-tabletop or wall mounted. I wouldn't let a young kid play with it as it does have a sharp-ish point,but a careful older kid would have a lot of fun as long as he was careful not to bang it too hard on something-sensitive electronics and all that. The blade does look like real metal,and the glow wasn't fake looking at all. Overall,really groovy to have;cheaper than an actual sword reproduction and more fun with the effects! Can't wait to get the sheath and take it to the Renassaince Faire!
