That said, I was disappointed at what I got for the money; this appears to be an old style kit, with somewhat undetailed engine (heads and intake manifold all one piece), screw holes in the chassis (and copyright info etc. printed), and even the old steel axle through a hole in the oil pan setup. OK for a lower priced kit, but Revell has positioned this at over $20, and it's not an example of current state of the art tooling or anything like it.
In contrast, the Revell 2008 Bullitt Mustang for the same price is an example of good current practice.
