(More customer reviews)I'm a reseller of kites and I try every product I sell. This kite is tons of fun for the price. The 3 star rating is for the stated wind range on the package. It says 7-31 mph. At 7 mph, you are struggling with this kite. But at 10 mph, the fun begins. It is an absolute HOOT at 20 mph! I would recommend the Symphony Beach 1.7 if you want to fly in slightly lighter winds.
