(More customer reviews)I've always been a fan of animation, be it Japanese or otherwise. And as an avid action figure collector, I've often been skeptical of toys based on movies and television, usually resulting from poor detail and quality. That said, I was completely blown out the door when I received this statue from Amazon and opened the box. This statue is big! I was very impressed with the size of the statue (the box states that it is 1/6 scale, however I believe it to be larger). The level of detail is exceptional, right down to the strings on the bikini and the panic expression on her face.
If you are a fan of "fan service" or this anime series, then this statue is for you. An interesting parallel with anime statues is that they become more valuable (and rarer) with more nudity. I missed the first Tamaki Kousaka bikini statue in this series, however I believe this one to become a true, sought after collector's item. It is a little pricey, but I believe it to be worth it.

While the previous incarnations have brought you Tamaki both as a sweet girl and an evil seductress, she now appears in a very compromising position with both her bikini top and bottoms coming undone! Based on the "Temptation" sculpt, the new Panic! version has a totally new face and upper body shape. Tamaki is clothed in only a skimpy bikini, the straps of which have come undone leaving the fabric to fall away from her body. The girl's beautiful face is captured naturally with bright red blushing cheeks, making her all the more attractive. Panic! comes with a special soft cushion display base, and she looks great next to "Temptation" and "Seduction." Sculpted by Masato Abe, Tamaki stands over 8 inches tall (1/6th scale) and is constructed of high-quality pvc plastic.
