(More customer reviews)My son had to have this, and used his own money. We followed the directions to a 't' to install the software, and it didn't recognize that it was plugged into the usb port. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it seemed to work better. Sometimes it still says to plug in the usb when it already is plugged in. He enjoys playing it, but it is sensitive, though he hasn't asked to play it lately.
