Protoman has the same neck, shoulders, elbows, knees, and waist swivels as the other characters in this series. Not so much about articulation as it is just about the figure looking cool.
I say that the only downside to this and the other figures are the lack of accessories (the shiny blue Megaman you put together once you get the entire set just isn't cool enough). A removable scarf and left handed fist would have been a better choice instead.

MegaMan 6a? Roto Figures Series 01: ProtoMan features multiple points of articulation. The helmeted ProtoMan is clad in a red and white costume, his left appendage bearing his built-in Arm Cannon. A MegaMan prototype that appeared as a belated sparring partner to train MegaMan, ProtoMan, in many ways identical to his successor, is later revealed by Dr. Light to posses a defect in his energy system which shortens his life span.
