He's 12 and grew up on Madden 200x Football but has always been interested in the old fashioned football games, such as the hand held electronic games of the 80s to the vibrating boards of the 70s. Mingle Toys Power Pro Electric Football is everything it is met to be -- a 70s style, legacy, vibrating board football game. Overall, the quality of the toy was great. However, some of the plastic pieces, such as the goal posts, were rather fragile and were broken before the end of Christmas day. The instructions were better than expected with some game play rules rather confusing -- kicking for instance. No problem though, my son figured things out.
I'd highly recommend this game for anyone wanting a "throwback" football game experience.
