Figure:
I'll start with the figure itself It has very good articulation, as you would expect a revoltech does. The paint is spot on. Most revoltech come with one or two joints loose but this one didn't so no complaints there. Its an awesome figure,but one thing is missing: If you dont buy the Unit 01 revoltech 2.0 version then you dont get the progressive knives and the shoulder parts that their on. Thwi is insluded with the Unit 01, while this make the company more money, it doesnt really do any good for us, the buyers.
Accesories:
So Unit 02 comes with 1 pallet (Assault) rifle, one cross bow-ish weapon, more hands than you will ever need and replacement shoulder armor(which have some pretty cool looking rockets on them) and forearms which go with the shoulder armor. It also comes with a base, while it is not a masterpiece of art, it does its job.
The Pallet (assault rifle):
not much special here. If you have ever bought any evangelion revoltech your bound to get one ( even the Asuka figure comes with one!). Its nice but the Crossbow is way cooler
Cross bow-ish weapon:
Unless you've seen 2.0 then you wont recognize this weapon. It is used by unit 2 in its debut scene. This is a nice piece of plastic. the detailing isnt perfect but it close. Definitely my favorite accessory.
Replacement shoulder Armor/ Forearms:
Very nicely detailed. the unit itself has no articulation or movement but it looks cool. the forearm is almost the same except for the fact that it has an extended fin type thing.
Prog knives and shoulder armor (deployed version, prog knives stick out of em':
THIS DOES NOT! I REPEAT DOES NOT! COME WITH THE FIGURE!
with that hard to miss warning aside these make posing the eva even better because you can get some cool stuff going with these. the knives themselves are nice and so it the shoulder armor
Thats it for the review. Its an awesome figure, the only complaints that I ahve are the fact that it doesn't come with the progressive knives (but I ordered Unit 01 with this anyways =P) other than that If you are and evangelion fan, Buy this figure!
